We are pleased to announce that applications for the 2026 Research Grants and the 2026 Research Seminar in Norway will be open from 1 December 2025 to 18 January 2026.

Researchers from all disciplines are encouraged to apply. Call for applications and further details on the seminar topics will be made available on our website closer to the opening date.

    About

    The Nordic Research Council for Criminology was established in 1962 by the Ministries of Justice in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. The purpose of the Council is to further criminological research within the member countries and advise the Nordic governments and the Nordic Council on issues related to criminology.
