The main audience for the policy brief is informed, non-specialists. Focus on the practical. Keep it short and easy to read. Don’t include the whole analysis.
The text should be no longer than 4 pages, including references.
The policy briefs should include:
- Project title. Keep it short, concise and precise to attract attention and give a clear indication of the content. In general, the titles should not exceed 10-12 words.
- Name of the author, workplace and e-mail
- A summary of your findings, preferably in a bullet point list. Maximum 150–200 words.
- Background
- Nordic relevance
- Recommendations
- Outputs
- Knowledge gaps and future research needs
- Reference. All references should be listed alphabetically in full at the end of the article in standard. References should always include a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) reference when possible.
